SHIPPING & DELIVERY
 
 
  •  Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days.

  •  Standard shipping fee is $7.85 and items are delivered with in 2-4 business days.

  •  Orders that are placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

  •  Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address; as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item  due to providing an incorrect address. In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer. 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Bows & Glitter Boutique, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.

  • If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. Bows & Glitter Boutique is not responsible for package(s) that show complete delivery.

  • All promotional/flash/clearance/sale items are final sale no exchange

  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your product. Your garment(s) must meet the below requirements to be returned.

         - Returned within the 10 day time frame.

         - Returned in new, unused condition with all tags still attached. 

 

  •  You must submit a returns request for a exchange to info@bowsnglitter.com

  • We will provide you with our return mailing address, and return confirmation number. 

  •  Please include your order number when e-mailing.

  • Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in original packaging with all parts included.

  • Bows & Glitter Boutique diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

 

  •  There is no restocking fee.

  •  Return shipping to be paid by customer and original postage will not be refunded.

  •  Incorrectly shipped items must be claimed within 5 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit.  

  •  Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed.

  •  We do not offer returns on accessories: headbands, bows, head pieces, bibs.
